Meet Rachelle
Rachelle is a Dublin-based astrologer, mythology expert, and staff columnist for Ireland's Sunday Independent. She’s also a teaching assistant at Astrology University and describes herself not as a fortune teller, but as an “astrological weather woman.”
When she first reached out, she had a DIY website that had gotten her by, but it read more like a booking page for a solopreneur than the digital home of a growing thought leader. Meanwhile, the column, the teaching role, the talks, and the media invitations kept arriving organically.
She had the expertise, the voice, and the reputation. She needed the professional branding to match.
The Goal
Rachelle came to Moonstone wanting professional branding that could grow with her. She wanted her online presence to support an upcoming book, position her as a thought leader in mythology and astrology, and communicate the depth of her niche to people who hadn’t heard of her yet.

I started with Rachelle’s Brand Star Chart, the first step of the Moonstone Method™, to clarify the strategic and creative foundation for her brand.
The process gave us direction for her messaging, offer ecosystem, visibility strategy, and visual world—positioning Rachelle as a warm, grounded thought leader with a deep mythological lens. It also confirmed that her brand needed to support more than 1:1 readings, making room for writing, teaching, speaking, collaborations, and future long-form thought leadership.
Visually, the direction fused mythology, storytelling, Art Nouveau influence, organic texture, rich earth tones, and a bright touch of turquoise—creating a brand world that felt grounded, expansive, and unmistakably Rachelle.

From there, we designed a custom, professional brand identity that felt mythic, literary, grounded, and refined.
Her visual system included a refined logo suite, a nautilus-inspired brand mark, a rich earthy colour palette, elegant typography, subtle shell patterns, curated stock textures, and branded mockups across print, digital, and website applications.

I translated the brand into a custom Squarespace website built to position Rachelle as more than a 1:1 astrologer.
Her new site gives her space for readings, press, blog content, and media features, creating a more robust digital home for her writing, teaching, collaborations, and long-term thought leadership.

To help Rachelle keep moving after launch, I connected her with trusted experts for copywriting, SEO, and PR outreach, then supported her as she applied the brand to workshop materials and marketing assets.
The goal was simple: give her a brand she could grow into, use confidently, and proudly share.
