Meet Jane
Jane Stoller is a Swiss-Canadian organizing expert, speaker, author, and CEO on a mission to help people organize their homes and businesses so they can spend more time enjoying the lives they’ve worked so hard for.
When she first came to Moonstone, Jane had the expertise, the personality, and the ambition. What she needed was a brand that would get her taken seriously at the level she was ready to pursue.
Her growth plan centered around press, public visibility, and becoming a recognizable expert. But with a DIY brand that wasn’t communicating the credibility of her work, media opportunities were harder to land.
Jane needed premium personal branding that felt as professional, bubbly, and memorable as she was. Her publicist, Charlotte Silverstein of Lena Rose PR, recommended she hire Moonstone and the three of us have been collaborating ever since.
The Goal
To become a public figure in the organizing space, Jane’s brand needed to position her as credible enough for media, engaging enough for TV, stylish enough for lifestyle press, and approachable enough for the women turning to her for support. This wasn’t just about making Organized Jane look beautiful. It was about making the brand easy to recognize, trust, pitch, and grow.
How the Moonstone Method™ got her there
-
The creative direction started with the foundation of the brand itself: the name.
While brand naming isn’t a standard Moonstone service, in Jane’s case the name Organized Jane became the anchor for everything that followed. It was simple, memorable, personal, and scalable—clear enough for media, approachable enough for her audience, and flexible enough to grow with her from organizing expert to author, speaker, and public figure.
From there, the visual direction was built around Jane herself: polished, bubbly, stylish, and completely at ease in the spotlight.
Her brand needed to feel feminine yet punchy, editorial yet warm, and organized without becoming sterile. The result was a brand direction rooted in bright pink (Jane’s trademark colour), fashion-inspired typography, warm lifestyle imagery, and the peace of mind that comes from organization itself.
Over time, that creative direction evolved into ongoing photo direction and brand refinement, helping Jane show up consistently across her website, press kit, books, media appearances, speaking opportunities, and branded merch.
-
The Organized Jane brand identity was created around three guiding words: chic, simple, and effective.
The custom wordmark was inspired by high-fashion editorial typography and Jane’s own polished personal style. A pink-forward palette gave the brand instant recognition, while navy and deeper tones kept it grounded, credible, and professional.
The brand was designed to feel like Jane: warm, stylish, energetic, and ready for the spotlight.
-
Jane’s website became the digital home for her growing personal brand.
It was designed to support her courses, books, press features, blog content, free resources, speaking opportunities, and media credibility in one cohesive place. As her business evolved, the website evolved with her—shifting from a simple online presence into a platform for visibility, authority, and audience growth.
The current site leans into the strongest version of her brand today: more editorial, more photo-driven, and more focused on Jane as the face of the business.
-
What started as a brand identity and website project became a long-term creative partnership.
Moonstone has supported Organized Jane with press kit design, photo direction, apparel design, social media templates, book cover design, website updates, and ongoing creative direction to keep the brand cohesive as Jane’s opportunities expanded.
The goal has always been the same: make sure every public-facing touchpoint feels polished, credible, recognizable, and unmistakably Jane.

Jane Stoller
Jane says this quite literally: I helped name the brand that became the foundation for her public-facing work. From there, I built the creative direction, visual identity, website, media kit, and marketing assets that helped Organized Jane grow into a recognizable personal brand.
